What’s needed from you?
A commitment to engaging with the Shoestring process and making use of the data the solutions produce
A solution champion – someone who will champion solution deployments in your company and make sure they get the time and attention needed to make it a success (this person will get hands-on experience leading digital projects).
A solution implementer – someone who will do what is needed to get the solution deployed (this person will develop practical digital skills – the only prerequisite is being interested).
Buying the components needed for each solution (no more than £150-300 depending on the solution)
How membership works
Members have bundled access to up to 3 starter solution deployment programmes, with direct support from the Shoestring Engineer.
Each programme includes:
- Kick-off planning workshop
- Access online check-in sessions
- The impact and review workshop
What will happen once I buy?
After buying a Shoestring membership, our team will contact you to work out which Starter Solution to tackle first.
We then set you up with access to the Shoestring Community Forum, and get you started deploying your initial solution.
We take you through the standard Shoestring process, then at the impact review stage you will decide which solution to go for next.
